Thanks to the continues technical support from Egebjerg Asia R&D center in Denmark, we continue to update our design of penning and feeding system to satisfy the requirement from China and other Asia countries. The hopper is shaped with almost vertical sides to prevent bridging


The lid is prepared with 3 places for feed inlet for optimization of the filing of the hopper, also when using systems with several lines. The arched, dust repellent shape facilitates a maximum filling of the hopper which allows an exact dosage of the feed, even small quantities. The opening part of the lid makes manual filling and inspection easy. It is transparent which allows light into the hopper so that the feed level is easily inspected, even from a distance without entering the pens.
The water supply is made of flexible PE hoses that combine the water supply with stainless steel pipes. This is considered the optimum solution in the pigs' living area. The advantage of the PE-hoses is that they are clicked on to the cover part of the feeder.
The hoses can be lead along the vertical feed pipes, so fewer parts are in the way in the pen and it makes cleaning and installation quick and simple

Reliable feed intake from one day
-The shielding is made of transparent plastic,which allows a maximum overview and easy control of the hygiene. It is easily opened without the use of any tools, the dosing unit consists of very few parts which ensure a high level of hygiene and easy cleaning. The activating part is stainless grille construction can easily be activated by the pigs and they quickly learn how to operate it. It ensure a reliable feed intake from day one.

The feeding principle considers the natural rooting behavior, as the pigs have to activate the feeder to get feed. Consequently, the trough is cleaned and free of feed residues. Hygiene and health are 1^st class.
